The lights change because the LEDs are multicolored.

how did you change the lights like that and could you wire them to a controller or to the headlights

you need LED bulbs, resistors, acrylic rods all found on Ebay. Heat up the rods, mold them, mount the leds on each side of the halo and wire into 12 volt system. Took about 2 hours to do.
