i guess she use her power to keep that skirt down! XD

but after you beat her(if you manage to not break the tv in anger) she seems to start losing her powers or whatever, and her clothes starts to disappear!!(in big circles all over her body)

so maybe it DOES has something to do with powers (and thats why i think she may not pass esrb ratings)

It seems like the damage is off... The fire super usually kills you instantly if it connects.

The damage that the CPU does is based on difficulty. It looks like Level 4 in this vid, while Level 8 is the one with OHKO BS.

For balance reasons probably : most players will never be able to be beat her 2/3 times in a row, especially on harder difficulties where she can instant kill you
