this is not head movement and if u support head movement then u should know what in the name if heaven it is this is called saas giraas simran this is wut singhs do when they have gotten naam drir the way it is done i cant teach u or tell u only the panj piaarai do so when the singhs breathe in they lift their heads and when they breathe out and they let go of their heads thus this creates a head movements thats how singhs do simran
