The 'PR' works along the same lines as Ingersoll and the Miwa U9 except the levers interact with the dimples instead of cuts of varying depths on the sides of the key. It's definitely pickable, but not easy! I would imagine the best way would be to vibrate the heck out of it until the sidebar drops in.
What metal are used in this lock? I think that special shank can brake the sidebar under one minut.
