  • I spent many days in a church just like this when I visited my great-grandmother, and although I don't believe in god at all, the people in my grandmother's church were the most sincere people I have ever met. When someone was sick, they took care of them. When a farmer was down, his field was plowed or harvested, and when someone was in need, the people tried to take care of that. My memories of that church are horrendous, like nightmares, but I was a little child.

  • look up the 12yr-old that died for 22 hours. Jesus gave her a mission and i think there should be dvd to buy

  • jeez, I'm glad I'm an atheist. This shit is crazy.

  • Crjet... christianity isn't a religion... it is a relationship

  • It is funny that mans understanding changes over the years...but god is still the same.... yesterday , today and forever.. 44 long years and the holy ghost still makes you a better person.... you cannot be a true Christan without it ....thank you Jesus for giving me the holy ghost... and you have to speak in tongues then you know you have it...

  • HOW IRONIC! Sister Glady's little girl must be too young to believe that "they shall drink poison and it shall not by any means harm them..."

  • they should go through the triangle in 2012 and release the beast ,,you monkey ,,you talking monkey

  • I was raised in this type of church, although we didn't do the snake thing. When i was 16 I told my parents I might want to attend college someday. My father turned me in to the pastor and I was called up in front of the church at the Sunday morning service. They all came forward and gathered around me to cast Satan out of my thoughts. They wouldn't let me go back to my seat until i repented for wanting to go to college & asked for God's forgiveness in front of everyone. Education is the enemy.

  • i would like to know how to get in touch with the one that has this all 6 service's? i would like to have this down on a CD if i could. anyone know how i can let me know. there r family members on here that i no longer have.

  • So glad I came out of churches like this. All the pastor does is make you feel guilty by pointing his finger at you like you should be doing something. If you're not, then you're not "on fire" for God.

The Bible says that the Holy Ghost WILL come. It's a gift that is promised to you. So, you don't have to chant for it , it's given to you. It's not followed by any "quickening" or tongues either. Study to show thyself approved. Try every spirit because everything is not from God.

  • THANK YOU FOR THE UPLOAD.... you save me for my final exam in m religious study class!

  • ME TOO

  • "If you believe, then God is obligated to do something for you, if you believe, whatever you believe."

    Wow!

Thus articulated, that's radical, a far more robust works-theology than ever was articulated by the medieval church.

    God contractually obligated to us.

    That's a striking assertion.

  • yeah but not when you tempt Him

  • Lol, true. I guess the 6 million Jews who died in the Holocaust didn't believe in him enough.

  • What's the music playing in the first minute and a half of this clip, on the guitar? Thanks

  • God isn't obligated to do anything for us because we don't deserve it, its by his mercy but the bible does say that when you ask him for something to act like you also recieved it

  • theres excerpts of this video in the documentary called FACES OF DEATH. if you like this shit, then that series is for you

  • It looks like the cast from Deliverence....

  • "If you believe, God is obligated to do something for you, if you believe."

I'm not a Christian by any means, but that statement is all sorts of wrong, especially coming from anyone who is in fact a Christian and believes the word of "God".

This is a very interesting documentary, nonetheless.

  • I dont see any confusion at all. I see alot of people who are strong in their indvidual faith and know how to prayer individually without being lead. Its been only in the last 15-20 years that most people have been used to programs for church services. Nowadays congregations are spectators. In the old country churches, the congregation carried the services..not praise and worship teams, and various others we have leading now.I think its more a matter of culture rather than confusion.

  • I sense a LOT of confusion...and the Devil is the author of confusion.

  • Honestly this looks like a cult.

This is what that Sarah Palin chick has been into? Good lord. lol.

  • This is some funny shit!!!!

  • at least it aint a hard nasty cynical one.

  • How come there's not ONE instance recorded in the Bible of Jesus himself handling serpents?

Instead, when tempted by Satan, Jesus reminds us of the Old Testament commandment "Thou shall not tempt the Lord your God."

  • Satan is that old serpent the devil, one of the angels is going to handle him and chain him for a thousand years because Jesus handled that old devil the serpent by defeating him.

  • Jesus didn't fast either. But that doesn't mean that is wrong. Unless you come from one of those non-fasting non-praying funeral homes

  • @crjetpilot The mst rational and greatest thinkers of all time were strong Christians. History is very important for understanding. Issac Newton etc

  • @crjetpilot As much as I agree with you on these issues, I would also say that we are surrounded by "brain washing" that keeps us from thinking rationally. Not just religion. Watch a sit com and record yourself laughing, then notice you only laugh when the studio audience laughs, even if it isn't funny. take out the laughs and you will find it was no where near as entertaining. This is a proven tactic and it was placed in for that exact effect.

  • God is obligated to heal you if you believe? What heresy. God owes us nothing but Judgment and damnation. This is also a perversion of christian worship. Pentecostalism has hijacked the church.

  • While I don't agree with everything, these people do have the fruits of the spirit, love for each other and God, joy, peace, and an abundance of faith, as well as some of the gifts of the Holy Ghost. If that hasn't happened to you, then you wouldn't know what I'm talking about! Peace!

  • God is obligated to to heal his people and is obligated to do alot more than that because He said he would do numerous things in HIS word if you believe god cannot lie then he is obligated because by HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED!!!!!!
