I spent many days in a church just like this when I visited my great-grandmother, and although I don't believe in god at all, the people in my grandmother's church were the most sincere people I have ever met. When someone was sick,they took care of them. When a farmer was down, his field was plowed or harvested, and when someone was in need, the people tried to take care of that. My memories of that church are horrendous, like nightmares, but I was a little child.
It is funny that mans understanding changes over the years...but god is still the same.... yesterday , today and forever.. 44 long years and the holy ghost still makes you a better person.... you cannot be a true Christan without it ....thank you Jesus for giving me the holy ghost... and you have to speak in tongues then you know you have it...

My father turned me in to the pastor and I was called up in front of the church at the Sunday morning service. They all came forward and gathered around me to cast Satan out of my thoughts. They wouldn't let me go back to my seat until i repented for wanting to go to college & asked for God's forgiveness in front of everyone. Education is the enemy.
i would like to know how to get in touch with the one that has this all 6 service's? i would like to have this down on a CD if i could. anyone know how i can let me know. there r family members on here that i no longer have.

The Bible says that the Holy Ghost WILL come. It's a gift that is promised to you. So, you don't have to chant for it , it's given to you. It's not followed by any "quickening" or tongues either. Study to show thyself approved. Try every spirit because everything is not from God.
God isn't obligated to do anything for us because we don't deserve it, its by his mercy but the bible does say that when you ask him for something to act like you also recieved it

I dont see any confusion at all. I see alot of people who are strong in their indvidual faith and know how to prayer individually without being lead. Its been only in the last 15-20 years that most people have been used to programs for church services. Nowadays congregations are spectators. In the old country churches, the congregation carried the services..not praise and worship teams,and various others we have leading now.I think its more a matter of culture rather than confusion.
Satan is that old serpent the devil,one of the angels is going to handle him and chain him for a thousand years because Jesus handled that old devil the serpent by defeating him.

Watch a sit com and record yourself laughing, then notice you only laugh when the studio audience laughs, even if it isn't funny. take out the laughs and you will find it was no where near as entertaining. This is a proven tactic and it was placed in for that exact effect.

While I don't agree with everything, these people do have the fruits of the spirit, love for each other and God, joy, peace, and an abundance of faith, as well as some of the gifts of the Holy Ghost. If that hasn't happened to you, then you wouldn't know what I'm talking about! Peace!

How come there's not ONE instance recorded in the Bible of Jesus himself handling serpents?
