@hershey4498 nope cause you're just putting heat to your hair. Minute curls uses steam which by the way, is also good for your hair, and scalp. Steam promotes circulation, and adds moisture to the hair.

I heard that since the hair is all enclosed in the cap and that there is steam, that it will open the cuticle very quickly and all the way, and you won't be able to get it closed again which will make hair frizzy, dry, and prone to breaking.

This woman didn't use the iron well. If you want beautiful curls you should buy a flat iron. The technique is easy and fast. And you get your beautiful curls. These rollers are crap. And it takes a lot of time to put them on!

i got this product. my hair has been dyed many times so its not 100% healthy. the curling irons and straighteners i used to curl my hair never really did their job for that reason. rollers were all that would curl my hair how i liked it but they took alllll night to work and sometimes i would wake up with akward curls and it was uncomfortable. this works sooo well. i recommend it to anyone, especially those of you whos hair isnt totally healthy.

It takes me 10 minutes to put on those annoying rollers anyway. Best way is to use a ceramic flat iron to curl hair. It takes me about 10 minutes to do my whole head and the curls last quiet long. About 2 days without hair spray, depending on when my hair starts to get oily and weigh the curls down.
