daigo's standing forward opening @ 2:07 is unconventional. he really doesn't have a pattern and that is a good thing.

and yuuvega flying off the screen @ 3:15 is so damn confusing. it happens at a split second too.

Hardly unconventional, Daigo knows that normal would beat a opening scissor kick, it was just a chance he took. It's like saying if blanka opened up with a st. short vs dictator, where it can beat scissor kick and psycho crusher. Same vs honda, it can hit the hand slaps if honda decides to open with it.
