  • So there was an original ring in this Hollywood Line of Descent. Where then might it be? Or has ubiquity taken its toll on posterity?

  • i got my replica dracula ring today from factory entertainment

  • O.K.,wheres the MUMMYS,BORYS KARLOVS RING?

  • A very nice piece indeed.

  • :D my dad has a replica!

  • I wish that Mr.Ackerman's "Count Dracula"that he got from

Mr.Lugosi didn't have to be sold like a toy to a collector. It should be in a proper museum.

  • I am fortunate to own one(given to me by one of my best friends) and proudly wore it in July when i played DRACULA.

Could you give some history of the bat ring?

  • That photo is of part of my collection. The boks, figurine and rings in my possession as of 2005, when I sold the Dimensional Designs ring shown. The Bat ring is about 70 years old. I put it in my display, as I am told Lugosi had a similar novelty ring during the 1930's.

  • is it the QMX replica (limited edition of 1931 units)?

    very cool.

  • NO, there have been a number of replicas over the years and the QMX attempt is not shown here. QMX was never able to produce the full run of 1931 rings, some have the estimate of their production at under 300. The design is complex and difficult to produce in quantity even with today's techniques. It is really best as a one off.

  • VERY COOL
