The competion is ment to inspire hope and love amongst the...youth of today (God I can't even say that because I'm excluding the adults with these issues...) but they're giving away material things to the winners...doesn't seem appropriate if you ask me...Maybe instead have the winners name become famous in the sexuality revolution...or idk...but giving them a camera seems beside the point...

@meitzjoei i've actually heard of "LGBTQQIA" -- lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, ally.

some people really like to be overtly inclusive and politically correct, i guess. we need some sort of overarching umbrella term for the community. the alphabet soup is a bit much...

@technicolor444 How about something like "sexually diverse" community-or something like it?BTW- what is the diff. between gay, lesbian, etc. and "queer"- I never got that and these initials are starting to annoy me, usually I stop at LGBT and hope I included us all!

@meitzjoei some people just don't like the word gay or lesbian or they're just not sure. a lot of the community feels like the homosexual sounds too clinical (in fact, some countries still call it a mental disorder).i agree the initials are annoying but, unfortunately, we still haven't gotten over the hurdle of labeling people. in a perfect world, we would just say all people can love each other...
