I find this completely disgusting. A lawyer is trying to get more clients by exploiting a horrific accident. This man was someones son,brother, uncle and friend. Its bad enough that the family had to deal with the loss of a loved one but now they have to actually watch the last few minutes of their loved ones life. I ride a motorcycle and I think all of them are idiots for riding that fast on the highway. The rider had complete disregard for the life of his passenger. I have been a passenger with someone who started riding like an idiot and there was not much I could do other than smack him to let him know I was not happy. I would imagine at those speeds the only thing she was thinking about was not moving and hanging on for dear life. Easy to be judgmental when you are not the one involved ...

Blaming her is like blaming a passenger in a car who is trapped when their driver starts driving dangerously. Its not like she can just get off when ever she wants to.

A tragic accident but if she got on the back of the bike knowing full well that they were going to be going this fast, then she is just as reckless as the rider.
Why pursue all insurance companies? The truck is not at fault in the slightest.
It should be her insurance and the motorcyclist's insurance that pays out because he is responsible for his passenger.

Motorcycle Accident Case? I thought the term "accident" was no longer used by the legal system as it implies there was no one to blame.. Whereas in this incident the rider was to blame, and unless she had requested the rider to slow down which I doubt she did then she was on that bike by choice and therefore brought it on herself..
