For the GC version, anyone know how to unlock some of Presea's Techs like those Endless moves? Do I need to set her to T or S?

neither. These moves are not in the GC version. Only Lloyd, Collete, and Genis keep their hi-ougi's for the GC version. I know this to be true for the English version. idk about the Japanese one though

theres a difference, here she just slams her axe, then pulls it out with an explosion, but when Hien Messhoujin is used, She says:

This.. is the final blow! hit!

With that, this is the end. Hien Messoujin!!!! or Crimson Devastation.

Then she Says: Time doesnt come back that is a law of nature...

Basically this is just a hit and a pull, but hien messoujin does this first, Then she uses devastation but fire erupts and explodes with she pullls her axe out,

Hence the name Crimson Devastation.

Hi-Ougis are only on the PS2 version.

Not all of them. Falcon's Crest, Indigination Judgement, and Holy Judgement, off the top of my head are in the GC version
