  • well in my case I connected my wii after a year again and when I am charging the remote, left light stays Blue and the right light stays green and somehow either of them doesn't work.

Anyone know why I am getting Blue light or green on the left

  • @lucas911611 Do the remotes work when you put new regular batteries in them? If so, buy new rechargable batteries or maybe a whole new charging station. If the remotes don't work with the new batteries then get new remotes.

  • @RuthJ180 Thank you Ruth, yes it was the battery. I bought 2 new battery with the charger for $20 and now everything is fine. Apparently I looked at the old battery and saw the battery have leaked some green liquid out of it. I guess when u don't use it for long, it is better to take the battery out.

  • So, have you found a source for just the battery?

  • @mcr314, Yes. The price of just the rechargeable battery came down. It was $9.99, now it is $6.29 on Amazon. Just search for "Wii Battery Kit for Charge Station"

  • This really makes me wanna hate Nintendo. Hopefully the Wii U controllers won't suck major ass like the Wiimotes do.

  • I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!!!!!

  • jeje thats funny, i have a CRAFTSMAN voltmeter jeje

  • I only had my Wii for a month and my Wii remote doesn't stay on anymore. I've tried so many fresh, new batteries and my remote still says low battery life. wtf

  • that sucks, i have some problems with the charger, like it doesn't charge completely but for me it doesn't turn off like that.

    sorry this happened :S
