SKY do not have dozens of cameras set up around NYC they would of been cutting around to feeds they were getting in. Highly unlikely this was a SKY camera that caught the collapse.

It didnt colla-pse in ten seconds. The fuel tank in the plane got on metal supports and a bunch of other stuff, slowly melting the tower, until the metal supports could hold the weight of the tower, therefore collapsing
