@MrTheUntrained you need Directors Cut to get the leaf blower, if you have it just go to the hard ware store on the 4th island (Directors Cut Island) then go to the HARDWARE store, you cant miss it, and you can purchase the leaf blower (get other parts too) too turn it into a flamethrower if you give it to Pyro Pete (cant remember if that is his name)

At Xgen studios(right beside your house) it will sometimes say you got 22+ karma. finally as a cop itll say you got 25+ karma.
