@anakinfan8 Cyborgs are Cybernetically modified Humans, they can still feel pain(Robocop, Darth Vader). I think you're getting them mixed up with Androids(Commander Data from Star Trek, Terminator), which are mechanical entities with human qualities.
I never got why they cut this out. I watched the uncut version as a kid, they always seemed to cut the blood splatter and impalement out for the TV.
