I don't understand why non-Arab Muslims have to imitate Arabs to be Muslim. As a non-Arab Muslim I'm proud of my own ethnic heritage. I've no relation to the desert, nomad or bedouin life, but I'm still Muslim. Why then should I dress like an Arab? I may be Muslim first and foremost but I'm also proud of my ethnic heritage which I didn't choose.
