I think it is a better drop rate with lesss people....also, you can only get tomes in HM.

In Kamadan, There Is A Hero Skills Trainer, Click The First Option That Says Sunspear Skills. Necrosis Will Be There As Long As Your Second Profession Is Necromancer.
