Strat HM test

I got a similar guitar to this one as my very first guitar when I was a teenager. Its basically the same color but its got two humbuckers versus the 1 and two single coils. I have only seen one other like it online, still havent found someone playing one in a video yet so I can really see how it should sound. I'm not good enough to make it sound awesome lol

A quite phenomenal guitar, with an incredible neck. They dont do them like this anymore, and it's a crying shame.

HM Srats are cool verey defined sound. I have one in the blue. cool guitar for diferent styles. Very Very wide neck. when your used to playing on tel, and Prs but kick ass. you can through that guitar down stairs (witch I have) and its still in tune and what else can I say there great. If you can buy one know cheap do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great guitar. I bought one new in '89. Still have it. I got two guitars that will never be sold, the HM strat and a Charvel model 1.

About the Strat HM: I think it's a great guitar, comfrotable and fast neck, good tuning...everything you need to play Satriani's and Vai's stuff! ;)

and it's very cheap compared with other same quality guitars!

what u can say about the guitaR? its a nice instrument? i have 4 guitars , 3 ibanez roadstars and a 84 squier by fender strat , im looking for a diferent look guitar that was able to play satriani and vai =)

@WaldyrCFilho The HM will kick the Ibanez and squier's ass! Roadstars are great btw, but a different animal. The HM strat was my third guitar, after a cheap strat clone and a Gibson S1. I've had or still have an Ibanez, Fender stratocaster, Ibanez SZ520, SZ320 a few Epiphones and a roadstar and played Jacksons, Gibson SG/LP, a telecaster, esp and name some brands. The HM is different but it's a solid, great sounding and playing beast.

Got mine back in '89, $450 with hard case.  Replaced DiMarzio HB with Jeff Beck's HB. Maple fretboard, locked the tremelo, not the divebomb type.

Overall, my fav of 3 guitars I own.

I found a 88 HM Start at Guitar Center just lingering it was 600 bucks worth the money. I probably had about 30 mins of playing and 20 years of sitting, suckers!!!

Dude!! - You have enormous hands!! Holy shit! Ok - kudo's for all the fancy speed etc.... but - slow down & get a good vibrato. btw - I have an HM Strat exactly like yours - got it for $150 - I got a real deal. Hard shell case too.
