yeah i was going to say sounds like a compression issue or vacuum issue i have a 200l6 in my mav but i don't know what it sounds like cause i cant get timing just right lol
it could be the fan o some loose pipe. The idel seems to be ok, I had a similar problem once, replace carburetor gaskets (try blocking the air intake of the carb, if it doesn´t turns off its because it is stealing air from some gasket), PCV valve and EGR valve. I runs like new rght now. Also check distribuitor timing.
i own a 66 mustang with a 200 inline six and have some experience with them. i am also a full time mechanic, from what little info this video gives me,,, it sounds like a con rod about to let go of the crank. bad stuff,, please DO NOT run engine any more until a GOOD mechanic looks at it..
