@MrQwefty The only one Phoenix won by himself with no help or luck what so ever was proving Godot was Misty's killer, Godot was like Snape, They both dislike the MC but because their connected to someone who was close to the MC who are deceased and they blame themselve and do something horrible for the greater good (in Godot case Maya because she's Mia sister), In a way Godot was able to show Nick that he had the skill to win with luck and help, LOL loved the ending Godot was Awesome.

All the court themes after PW:AA are disappointing. The first game's music was dramatic and inspiring. It's one of the reasons I fell in love with the game. But music from the rest of the games are mediocre, and often have little twists and turns in the song, which are often inappropriate to the mood. Plus they all sound like they're from the NES. The song quality actually deteriorated. :/

My only hope of another Pheonix Wright game is the fact that Shu Takumi [the series' creator] admitted that AJ was a mistake. @SolMasterzzz Well, that could go either way. Simply put, the prosectution job definitely doesn't have as many close-cut things as either the investigations or defending clients. Think about it this way. As a prosecutor detectives investigate a case for you, give you the evidence, and you try to make a case. That's about it. Though, I'll bet Capcom could probably find something to spruce it up well.

And it could be the judge immediately believes the defense who accuses someone innocent of murder, to save his client, who's actually the murderer, and it's be like a defense attorney one, but you have to prove why it couldn't be your witness, but the defendant.

Phoenix got stripped from his badge and he didn't even fighted back or made a drama out of it, because he accomplished his goal long time ago, which was meeting and facing his long lost friend, Miles Edgeworth, in the only logical place he could think of: a courtroom. Another PW would mean the return of Edgeworth and that would be unlikely too, because his ties with the past (DL-6) was finally undone with his trial in the first PW.

JFA: Because Gumshoe asked him. Also he was needed as a plot device for Wright to answer the question "What does it mean being an attorney to you?" as Edgey asked himself the same when he "chose death".

T&T: Because Phoenix asked him, also because it helped fulfilling his lost dream as a child to become a defense attorney like his father. Not to mention it completes the arc of the Fey Family in full, to which Edgey is sort of connected (DL-6).

That's an easy one: The series in japanese doesn't bear the name of the main character, it's simply called "Gyakuten Saiban" (turnabout trial), AJ in Japan is known as GS 4, Wright had to be there because he's part of that world, not to mention that the fourth chapter is a passage of the baton between Wright and Justice. Wright lost his badge, players needed to know why, also the game closes itself in full circle with the Gramarye Family arc, unlike the Fey Family arc that took 3 games.
