could it be that Metaxas was on fox because the other news networks wouldnt be as interested in discussing such clear Christian values?As a former journalist and a Christian I can attest to an anti- christian bias in the press...it mimics Racism.Fox is not perfect and Im not amongst its greatest fans.But it is the most transparent network in regards to faith in my opinion. And Bonhoeffer is certainly relevant in America today.

The fact that this author appeared on Beck is reason enough not to buy the book. Beck is a known racist and clown who is paid by corportist to entertain other racists. F Grade Mr. Metaxas. Now I know why I never heard of you.

@mrjackcoffee HA!!!!! Mctaxas just gave the key note speech at the National Prayer Breakfast, People like Mother have given that speech. I think this guy gave a better speech than Mother Theressa did.

Dr. Bonhoeffer was against the ultra right conservatives cheap grace. Christianity is not just about Jesus died for my sins. Dr. Bonhoeffer believed and wrote that eventually there would be religionless Christianity. People would just do the right thing and treat their fellow human beings well. God is everywhere. God is amongst us. This is what Dr. Bonhoeffer meant by the "death of God." God is not some white haired being in the sky that one can hide from. God is in how we treat one another.
