Its not about race. Members of law enforcement overstep their boundries everyday when dealing with the civilian populous simply because they can. Because they have a badge and a gun. Theres a LARGE percentage of the Americans in this country (mostly lower class whether it be blacks, latinos, or whites) who dont trust the police, and with good reason. Just because they're portrayed in a positive light on TV shows doesnt mean thats how they conduct themselves in real life.

He sounded very rational and logical in this clip; I can't believe his comments gathered so much controversy. All he did was describe the incident as had been reported on the news. If arresting someone in their own home for supposedly "burglarizing" their own home AFTER they had already shown you their I.D. to prove that they are indeed the home's owner isn't stupidly, then I don't know what "stupidly" means. You'd be angry too if someone arrested you for going into YOUR own home.
