  • 3:45 i hear noises

  • I have many of the same symptoms. It seems like when I tell others of these symptoms they have no idea what I'm talking about. Thanks for the video.

  • i have panic disorder to and i no how it is i still have them

  • @mattpeck15 how do you stop it , , iu get it alot of time , especially cause i think about death to much . and you .

  • I have never had any problems with Anxiety until a few years ago, when I developed a Inner Ear Infection... I had panic episodes 10 times a day..... CRAZY Dizzy, de realization, numbness in my hands and even face, chest tightening, pre passing out feeling.. Choking sensation.... your Story really hits home!! Glad to report that I am doing WAY better Now... it can get better!!!

  • I'm glad that your able to talk about your anxiety & panic attacks. It's a tough road to walk. I've been dealing with panic attacks since I was 5. So I know how tough it is. Good luck on your road to recovery.

  • Thanks for posting this video, its helped me alot! I'm currently experiencing a relapse of panic/general anxiety disorder, and have just been put on new meds. It really does help to know that others suffer the same kind of symptoms and are beating them!

  • your videos title translates to mein kampf

  • Only women get gay "emotional diseases"...

  • i am getting the same feeling, i have ongoing stress i find hard to get rid of i have had bad panic attacks in the past and i feel the same.. the main thing i say to my self is each day you get stronger and the fear gets less..

  • What you have said is what I could never put into words as to how I felt. This has made me feel not alone. I have the samthing that happens to me. I had a panic attack while I was driving once and cause a 6 car accadent. I was sent to the ER tons of time from the panic attacks. It's so hard to get out a state of panic and you don't know what to do. I once had three in a month and was in a movie theatre and once at church during the service, and at my friends house. Thank you for posting :)

  • I agree with you. Now i dont feel so alone about this. Appreciate the video.

  • Thanks for posting ur struggle....I've had panic disorder since I was 19 and I'm 34 now...it can get debilitating and when ur in the middle of a tough bout with it (like now) u need someone that can relate. God bless you!

  • I know the feeling! I have had it all my life, especially the last 8 years. I have attacks that last hours on end and totally drain me of all my energy. I have seen every doctor in Ga. it seems. Thought I was having a stroke, heart attack, lung disease, blood clots. I basically have Death Anxiety...........I have thought of buying the Linden Method. But I am unsure of that.............God bless bro!

  • @BO1974 Hi @BO1974... i am planning to buy the LINDEN METHOD... have u bought already pls let me know about it .... i am suffering so much from this anxiety a lot...

  • @kreapalocc iv been diagnosed with anxiety iv been having trouble breathing...i almost feel i am having sum kind of lung disease...! and it simply wont go away....and it gets worse when i have lunch or breakfast...it feels as is i wont be able to breath normally again... :( so in short it is strongly linked to food as well...when im totally full i experience breathlessness and on the other hand when my stomach is totally empty i feel this problem bothering me... and plus my palpitationz r awful

  • i totally agree with the person under me,i have them when im stressed, afterwards i take a nap..ughhh guys this sucks

  • Its crazy how anxiety can trick people into itself, and then take over our lives. To say it will never go away isnt worth saying. Anxiety is as bad as you believe and think it is. So the key is to lessen its power, and put it off as smaller than it wants you to believe it is.

For myself, it is very hard to keep the right attitude towards it. But i must continue to live, and choose how i live. The moment i think of how out of control ive been, i think of how i deserve to be in control, its like

  • i know exactly wat u meen man its somthing im going thro too right now im medicated and just that alone changed everything for me... but everything that u said sounds exactly like wat happened to me its crazy

  • I UNDERSATAND HOW U FEEL I SUFFER FROM BOTH PANIC AND ANXEITY ATTACKS NO ONE CAN REALLY UNDERSTAND HOW IT AFFECTS YOUR LIFE UNLESS THEY HAVE FELT IT THE PAIN AND FEAR YOU FEEL IS LIKE NONE OTHER I HAVE EVER FELT IN MY LIFE I FEEL YOUR PAIN

  • any one have trouble breathing with anxiety

  • @Kreapalocc all the time.

  • @Kreapalocc Yes. I once stopped breathing and was rushed to the ER because of the fact that I could barely breath

  • Kinda sound like me, how are you now?

  • its just not though, i havent had a panick in a couple of days which is good for me and last night i had real bad ones and today i just feel all down and fed up :/ its really not a joke. i dont think they can understand until they suffer themselves.

  • I started with severe anxiety about a yr ago and find it difficult to cope in situations such as, going to the store, bumping into people i know in the street, meeting new people or even walking in the street. It really has taken over my life. I no longer can work because of it. Sometimes i can't leave the house esp if i'm walking. All because i have the same symptoms that you're having.

Have you found a way to deal with it? What medication are you taking for it?

  • for me it's stomach pain, but in the same way your scalp tingle happens... this really sucks for us all.... keep fighting brother

  • @8cameltoes same for me :( x

  • I was able to overcome the dizziness, by breathing deeply , I had to actually force myself by just saying, it's anxiety, take a deep breath you are not dizzy. The dizziness magically went away, I'm still experiencing the pains, and rapid heart beats though!

  • i believe u can clear it up..... uve got to go into ur own feelings and unerstand them urself and it clears, also, it then opens ur intuition so its like a blessing in duiscuise lol

  • I have had it for 30 years. L theanine has worked wonders...Amino acid..Also exposure therapy..keep going to places that scare you..Bless

  • Ha, wow, kinda discouraging seeing all the comments: "it never goes away.." I've been seeing doctors nonstop, thinking there's got to be something that will work. I feel so prohibited from doing anything that means something to me in life. Totally disheartened to learn that it will prob never go away. Let's fight this.

  • @julesequalsloveTV Listen to me. Go buy DONT PANIC by Dr Reid Wilson.

  • @julesequalsloveTV i know yeah, if you ever need a talk im here, even though you dont even know me, keep fighting if you have it too im guessing? x

  • i get panics attacks too, and i want to fight it back too!! thanks for the blogs is nice to know that we are not alone :)

  • @itsmeEstefania me too! if you ever need a chat im here.. i feel like not many people understand my panick attacks :( x

  • @amyintoxicatedox i know every one think is so easy to just relax from a panic attack or like is just a joke.

  • 6 Long years my friend, I have been battling the same! I too have slid my way into CT Scans, MRIs, Timed Enzyme Tests, ECG's EKG,s Table tilt tests, and I am one of the luck few that actually does pass out! Vaso Vagal has come up a time or two but the bottom line for me is holy crap I guess I'm not 18 anymore! I know what's going on in your head and I know how real it feels! Those who do not know! The tingling sensations, night sweats, the am I going to die feelings. Are as REAL as fear itself!

  • I have a panic disorder, I think smoking weed brought it on, I had a bad reaction one night and I convinced myself it was the weed, but after a while, the feeling kept on coming back ,it's horrible..

  • @CerunnosTheHornedGod EXACTLY what happened to me. Last September. Tell me more about what happened to you/your reaction. Were you on any meds at the time? It sucks. The only thing I truly regret in life is that night.. if only I had known that this could happen. Something has to be done-- research, prevention. Nobody should have to deal with this crap.

  • Well me and a few friends were smokin weed, like, I was smokin it heavily at that time, almost everyday, but this one night we were smokin, and then all of a sudden my heart started racing,Nothin seemed real, like, everything was a dream, and I had this really weird tingling sensation and my breathing was really heavy, it felt like I had no control over myself, and I was really panicing. Since then I still havent felt completly normal, I cant concentrate at all and my heart races alot...

  • I have had it all my life but the real symptoms started my 5th year of college. The tight chest, SOB and constant worry. I have the skipped heart beats and hot flashes. Whatever you got, we have it together and it sucks. It has destroyed my ability to do what I want to in life.

  • i know how yall feel. im 31 and have had panic attacks for 11 years. they have taken over my life. i dont want to leave my home at all , but yet i dont want to be alone either. noone understands the struggles im going through but my mom. she had them in her 30's but they didnt last to long on her as they have on me. im missing out with my kids because i cant do anything with them . im wondering will i ever be normal again . plz help me!

  • i know how you feel.. hope things have eased up for you..

  • i have sturggled for anxiety for about 7 years and its gotten to the point that its really super bad. I appreciate your videos

and guedd whAT? im 19 and i still dont know how to drive because of my anxiety i am terrified!

    Nautia

  • Having this disorder sucks really bad..you can check my vid on it to get my symptoms as well. Hope you get well man cuz I feel your pain

  • i went through all of this and i have had agoraphobia now for 7 and one half years. it sucks. i don't think it goes away. however dear one, it is manageable. look at your history. was there an alcoholic in your family?

  • just an observation.. you seem more than okay in most of your videos.. and im pretty sure that you seem that way to all observers ... so its refreshing knowing that you seem ok when you think u have problems... even tho the problesm are real in ur head.. some of ur videos you even look really collected like more than 99% of humans... cool even... like just cooler than everybody.. ur appreaennce.. so.. i have one suggestion.. that is not rly relivent to the first part of this comment...

  • my suggestion is a study in itself i cant explain too much in a comment.. but basically the way old guys move their hands and nod their heads... like grandfathers sitting on park benches... these behaviors they do are very intuitive behaviors that are passed down by other old guys... and you have the ability to use these social stress relieving behaviors... too much to explain how just copy old guys.. i suggest you personally start with robert deniro.. but thats a tight hook. "Old guy behaviors"

  • Mate. The one and only cure.Tomorrow,go into a book shop and purchase "SELF HELP FOR YOURNERVES"by Claire Weekes(world famous book).Study it constantly.

Ill summarise by saying that your involuntary nervous system(not voluntary)is so tense that it causes physical symptoms to such an extent that it causes FEAR(yes, you are frightened by things your body is doing -missed heart beats, sweating, panic attacks, etc that seem to come and go at will.Let me know how you get on.!

  • Hey, good video. You're right, youtube is a Godsend for Anxiety Disorder sufferes to unite, to watch and share, and not feel so alone and useless. • You need a job that is a phyiscal job. None of this sitting around on your ass and being lazy. GET WITH IT! You dwell too much on it. Goto a gym and bust ass working out. Try swimming often.

  • Try--a new job---house painter is good.---I have had these sames feelings...It is called a Hangover...BUT you may try---NOT thinking so much....Or maybe some pot might help. = )

  • Pot can actually stimulate the neuro circuitry that INDUCES anxiety... Please refrain from giving someone retarded information.

  • Try LOTS of BEER!

  • i know exactly what your goin through. i've been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks for 20 years.
