What is this anime about?

I saw it quite a while back, but what I remember is that this anime, Tactics, is about a boy (Kantarou) with great intrest in the ocult, who summons a demon (Haruka). Haruka being Kantarou's servent now, helps him out with solving superstisious mysteries of which Kantarou needs to write articals. it's a little like Kuroshitsuji and Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, but less angsty.
