@goldboy97 I think fishing is a bit like playing poker - you can get the hang of the basics quite quickly, but it will take a lifetime to master it! We are still working on it...

Many thanks...the music's good, eh? Mostly we use music we have composed and performed ourselves (with Andy Caie - guitar supremo) or we use copyright free stuff. There are some rare exceptions, of course. Tight lines mate - part two coming soon

Under a tree in some slack water...now, why didn't I think of that? Your video response is amazing Matt - at Scropton, but I've not been yet. I'm guessing your permit is for a different stretch as you are not a POD member?....need to compare notes mate and get down there together for a combined attack....

I'm a member of the 'BOD'. Barbel On Demand. Chub alley is a tributary into the stretch we fished. I have personally seen an 11lb barbie caught there and my fishing tutor Chris knows how to fish every peg. £2 day ticket as before, thats cheaper than cod at the chippy!

Awesome Chub though, I can honestly say that is bigger then any I have ever gotten, most of mine are roughly 6 inches.
Great blog, good times, definitely worth the 5 stars!
