Had to be VERY cheap racks to collapse like that after such a light impact as that. Something's not right here....

something odd here. should not have had a catastrophic collapse with such a light hit. 1. was rack already damaged and not replaced? (common, looking for a lawsuit). 2. was rack improperly installed? (not upright). 3. Was rack improperly loaded? (heaviest stuff should be on the ground, yet dipshits often put heaviest stuff up high).

That is impossible, racking can take quite a hard knock without falling, Maximum load of the section must have been exceeded and buckled when it was knocked as well as the supports not being bolted to the ground... You are supposed to stay in a forklift in any accident, but I think it would have been suicide to have stayed under the circumstances... But I must admit, I did giggle when he fell over making his escape.

Watch the pallet carefully; it tilts to the side. It's not just a knock, he hits the upright and then keeps on shoving. A knock I'd imagine wouldn't bring it down, but I can't imagine the upright is built to handle a forklift trying to ram a pallet straight through it.
