Ugh... The phone just moves too freakin' slow... Like windows, it freezes every other minute! I just got mine today and I've had to turn it on and turn it off about 5 times just to get it unfrozen! I wish I could take it back! The internet is okay, but... just the apps are slow. I'll be texting and it will just freeze!

yea if u update it to the 6.1 windows mobile firmware version it has threaded texting.. down draw ur better off getting Q9c becuase u have to mod the firmware in order to install it on the Q9m because motorola does not have a 6.1 update for the Q9m

it just depends on your plan. you could do boost mobile and get unlimited walkie talkie, talk, text, and web for 50 bucks or you could do at&t and pay 100 bucks a month for a couple minutes and texts and 15 cents per kilobyte usage of internet.

i wont get it because i been getting a lot problems with it. i had to get it replaced 8 times within 1 year already. the phone is nice to use just call people only. when u start to txt it will start to lag a lot or even freeze up on u. well i just switched phone because of all the problems i been getting on it. hope this helps u

I have this phone too. i think its a good phone i have few problems with it other than it freezes and lags quite a bit. i dont like smartphones though, and verizon keeps charging us for internet even though i dont use it. My dad is planning on getting me a new phone soon, either the Dare or the Env2. im hoping for the dare, its awesome!!

It freezes, it turns off out of nowhere, locks while in the middle of texting, the texts lag, there are always errors, its slow! I have to agree. I never really dropped my phone much. But once you sround the 2 year or 1.5 year point it all just goes down hill. My RAZR ( yes I know it sucks) cannot answer call by flipping it open becuase it drops the calls and i cant even go and call people through my contacts, use my camera, or even pressing the back button! i might consider this phone though.

Yes but it doesn't have flash or Vcast which means no youtube and no Verison media, which pretty much makes this phone sucks unless someone knows how to incorporate Adobe flash on this one.

This phone is a big upgrade from the regular Motorola Q, the keyboard is much better also
