Algae, worms, amoebae and many other single celled organisms, i remember looking at sewerage water under a strong microscope (at a treatment lab if you were wandering) i was so mesmorised for hours until they all died, bacteria are usually percieved to be static and generally form into 'bacterial filaments' in water such as this, they dont swim around.
