First off you say she has no talent after one song. She worked with Ark (the company who made friday) to gain a bit of expirience and thinking it would be good for her resume, so she WAS making efforts in taking the career seriously. At her age i was just babbeling about it but never did anything. Now im 19 and im taking it seriously.

I don't think people will really be inspired by Rebecca Black's "success". Not everyone has a parent willing to waste piles of money for a company to auto-tune their daughter's voice into a beat.
You're looking at the "hate" aspect of it too deep. Most people don't like it because they don't like the beat or the incredibly annoying auto-tuning, not because they're jealous. It's their opinion, and they're entitled to have one.

First off you say she has no talent after one song. Who knows maybe the higher ups wanted her to use that particulary timbre in her voice for that particular song. 2nd sometimes talents develope over time, after practice and hard work, she probably hasn't had that much time for either since she's so young, but still atleast she's trying, give her another 5 years and she'll be better, maybe even awesome.

She just needs to work on her lyrics lol she is only thirteen though so it makes sense kinda. The only thing that I don't like is that her producers' main goal is to make her huge, which they did but that is not the way to go about music. Teens say that all the threats to kill her are harmless, yet they don't realise that there are wacko's out there, who in their minds will destroy that which gives them frustration. Teenagers recently were shot at a school in another country. When you are getting so much hatred dumped towards one person, it's like placing that person up on an alter. Then an article in our newspaper this morning on a boy who was almost swept away by floods. Yet his older brother told the rescuers to save his younger brother. They saved the younger brother, yet his older brother and mother died in the floods. They had the boy saved up on facebook. Since then 13 to 22 year olds threatened to murder his family and shoot up his house. They had also attacked and beaten this boy. The hatred of Rebecca is also going around facebook.

There was also a girl in USA who came from Ireland and because she was irish she was badly bullied at school. She kept it well to herself as her friends didn't realise the extent of her hurt. At her funeral those from school who were part of the bullying were holding candles so i heard. Boys have been giving out mobile numbers claiming they are Rebecca's, over 50 teens ticked like for the phone number. Who evers phone it is is going to be very badly abused.

Third, I think this video is more about Kyle than Rebecca. As a struggling comedian, Kyle must have had his share of hecklers & critics ... & YouTube haters. Telling Rebecca not to fret the haters is a way of assuaging his own anger &
unhappiness that comes from the criticism.

Second. Teenagers seem to have a lack of imagination. Many of us in our minds when it is Thursday, we all think to ourselves tomorrow is going to be Friday. To many of us it's a good thing because most of us look forward to the weekend. It's a song we should be able to relate to.

sad thing is that if an 12 year old made this video and said the exact same thing with a shitty camera, people would hate it. but if a youtube celeb would say it, people would think that way. otherwise they hate it.
