@pinkpearl36 It's more Romantic Two Girl Frienship, but it's mainly because it looks into the developing relationship between Ellis and Nadie (the two protagonists) throughout the series.

Not sure on the Kiddy Grade notion as I'm not familiar with it, but this anime is the successor to a successor of Noir. This one specifically is the last in Bee-Train's trilogy that focuses on Girls with Gun (Noir, Madlax, and El Cazador de la Bruja).

Why... yes. Animes have good intros and bad intros, but after those, it goes downhill from there. How quickly and how obviously is dependant on the writing. Sometimes, a good twist or two will halt or even reverse the decline, but that's pretty rare
