Sue complains in a program 'the real ramsay?' but she to me is incredible. In this clip here she talks about chefs coming and going. She never had a clue and never took anything of GD'S advice on board. No wonder she had to close down after the second visit.
It makes me wonder how well received the signature dish would have been had it not been for the rancid scallops. It actually looked pretty good.
