  • Actually, its not slower. Lean farther forward, and you'll go faster.

  • @grimatongueworm look up advanced biomechanics overpronation animation, heel foot striking causes problems ever since i have switched to mid-foot striking all the problems in my knees have gone away

  • This type of running is made for leisure runners.

    This might be better for your knees and hips but it is slower.
