Havent read comments so my bad for repeat theory.

For sugar, assuming he regurgitates on command, He swallows a sugar bag some time, during or before the show., Thin clear plastic bags, regurgitates when needed. closes mouth completely tears and slowly lets the sugar fall out. he coulda opened whole and dropped sugar but instead only opened small.(looks more impressive that way anyways)

@jobulk not true, if he is able to get it through his whatever the fuck connects the lungs and the throat ( I aint a biologist and don't feel like looking it up but if I am not mistaken it's something similar to the wind pipe again not a biologist so sue me) but if it is a pipe like organ and he can get the objects threw it would sit in his lung without blocking the air way. and even if he technically couldn't use 1 you only need 1 lung to breath so if he can allocate the items then he is fine.

Well of course there is some sort of trick/illusion with it. But he does either put something in or take something out of his mouth. But if you see the Britain's got talent videos, he doesn't do anything like that so I don't think it is nothing more than something to clean the fish taste out of his mouth. But if he is putting stuff in/out of his mouth, The sugar and water would be pretty difficult to simply put in a coat pocket. But it is amazing none the less.

The only thing i found in this video that i think is rigged is the key-rings. If you watch after he spitted out the fishes he grabs something in his jacket and puts it in his mouth. These are all theories but he definitely is not swallowing these objects and pulling them back up from his stomach.

I believe it is fake for several reasons. First, logic tells us that his stomach, just like all other stomaches, must retain digestive fluids including mucus. He tells us some of the objects he "swallows" are dry when he pulls them bqck up which would be impossible if they passed into his stomach. Therefore I say he has some of the smaller objects such as the coins and key rings in his mouth. The thing is you don't know what he's reaching in his pocket for. So on one hand he could be rubbing a type of lubricant in his mouth that helps him swallow the objects. But, on another hand he could be swallow pre-set objects (such as the key rings).

So it's extremely hard to tell. Either way, we probly won't know unless we x-ray him for a second stomach.
