I've been using Vit E gel on my face every night for the past month and I have to say my acne scars are almost gone as well as my dark circles. @Igotmykiki No, Vit E oil won't clog your pores or make you break out more. Both this and extra virgin olive oil are great moisturizers because they don't sit on your skin, but are absorbed

never take a vitamin e internal pill that is more than 150 iu

P.S. I understand it's best not to use cold water but tepid water on the face. Extremes of temperature on the face can cause broken capillaries.

Organic olive oil is supposed to be helpful.

Also you can try a natural plain yoghurt face mask - wash it off after it dries.

You can also get some plain dry starch (without chemicals added) and mix it with cold water, then splash it all over clean facial skin several times a day, which will soothe inflammation. Let it dry in order to draw out impurities. Then wash it off with cold water. You can also do this with clay masks...the more simple and without chemicals, the better.

Hi Jenabeebee, nice video. Keep up the good work. Try also using honey on your skin after washing at night, then just a little bit of E oil, and just a little bit of E oil in the morning also, especially if your skin is oily. But keep on using the E oil. Some other alternative is Emu oil, coa coa butter, and shea butter. I am going to subscribe and keep up with you, please return the favor. Good luck and God bless

I have really bad dark spots from my acne, this does work. I started putting vitamin E moisturizer (its liquid) on my face a week ago. I must say much much much improvement. I also notice that my dark circles are not as dark I will not go to bed without this at all. When I'm home doing nothing on the weekend I put it on several times during the day with no problem and just let it sit. Try it this works for me. BTW I have tried everything from fade cream to lemon nothing work like vitamin e

i had really really bad acne and scars. and its all gone. plain greek style yogurt on your face at night will work well too. and exfoliating will help them to fade more and more. but keep using the vitamin E. also putting a squeezed lemon and a little sugar on a cotton pad not ball will exfoliate and dry out infections. i have on video on how to get clear skin quickly.. but thats just for pimples not for scars. good luck hun. good video :]

@jumpit11 how i cleared my acne itself.. i started out with getting on the anitbiotic tetracycline and retin-a and that helped alot and then i added yaz birth control to the mix and after about a month of being on all those products combined my face improved alot and cleared up most of my acne
