  • Your correct it is just a tradition......so what. kaykane says it like it is.

  • um i am a die hard christian but Jesus Christ was not alive in human form when peter died so what are you talking about!?

  • Never noticed that before.

  • The Fake Church system wants you to think Apostles were killed in Rome....lie. Runnin out of bounds!

  • There are many books in this world. But only 1 King James Bible.

"Signifying by what death he shall glorify God" .. So your saying that you cant understand this english?

  • I think he died of old age because this:

John 21:19 This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me. Kaykane, You have to become comfortable with what Jesus says. Instead of challenging every little word and re-interpreting every little thing Jesus said. You seem eager to challange everthing.

  • man he spoke this saying "thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not." - that's the hint of death, and yes that death happened in old age could be 70-80 y.o. when crucified...

  • Dear Kaykane, "Believe not every spirit"...

Once we begin to doubt the Word, our foundation of faith begins to erode. Please "know them that labor among you".

  • huh?!

the scripture is as clear as possible

saying that when Peter will get old, he will be pulled to a place he woulndt want to go himself... is anybody dreaming to go to slaughter or those people are ususally taken there?

  • why do you think that "but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not." - means that he shall die of old age. it means that when he becomes old (now he is not young already because Jesus says "when you were young") - he will be pulled to somewhere he wouldnt want to go himself. - look into strongs greek it is very clear there - it means he will violently be taken to a place where he wouldnt want to go himself

  • Kaykane, I agree with you. Pardon me if my comment is diffuse. In addition to

the linguistic information in Strong's...Foxe's books of martyrs is a great resource, which establishes that many of the first century and subsequent eras of Christians died for their faith in Christ.

  • no problem brother ! peace out!
