Speaking of not looking Japanese, I'm half Japanese/ half Italian, & I'm 6' 2" tall & have modelled in Italy, Japan, Spain, Hong Kong, & Thailand. Everyone tells me that I don't look Japanese at all, but if they look more closely, I have high cheek bones (which are very good for modelling) & I have that signature squint that most Japanese Eurasians have. They did NOT and I repeat NOT write those songs just for the anime series... the people who worked on the anime series CHOSE their music, because... drum roll please... THE MUSIC FITS THE STORY!!! Thats how ALL the theme songs for ANIME are done. Its ANIME, not American cartooning. The companies are completely different in how they work... UGH!

Unlike Flonky, I think she would play Nana even better than Mika did. She's an actual Jap-US hybrid and understands the angst of mixed parentage (said so in an interview), she has a tough exterior with a sensitive center, and she even has the unique quality of being able to be approachable and mysterious at the same time.
