  • i love you, thank you

  • NATAUSHA...How do you feel about dairy products....(greek yogurt!!I love it but feel sick after it) ahhh what do you think?

  • @steff123maggie isn't anything that makes you feel sick something that you wouldn't want to feed your body? do you really need someone elses opinion when your body is telling you exactly how it feels about something? food for thought O:

  • Good advice. I find that drinking water is really helping me. I find that I would always yo yo b/c I wasn't getting enough or any water b/c I was never thirsty eating a diet of fruits. Now I see that if I yo yo and go off the diet, I need to detox again and that is dehydrating and needs more water in the beginning. The volume becomes less and less as you are on this way of life longer.

  • THANK YOU.

  • I am with Necro my diet is correcting its self over time.

It has been a power struggle sometimes to understand true hunger versus just eating out of habit.

Sometimes I stop eating in the middle of a email and come back a 1/2 or so later and if I am still hungry finish.

  • i noticed my over eating on raw foods just fixed it's self over time

  • This is excellent advice Natasha! Basically it's about being intuitive and listening to what your body is trying to tell you. I call myself an Intuitive Raw Foodist and currently I'm 75 to 80% raw but after seeing this video yesterday from meat org I don't think I'll be eating fish for much longer. In fact I think I'm done. But we will see at dinner time. LOL - keep it up your videos are very resourceful.

  • Great video!!! I'm not 100% raw, but will certainly use your tips in this video for a normal diet, too.

  • i appreciate all of your videos, words and all your work soo much!! you're awesome! never stop natasha!! :)

  • that's a good tip about eating one food at a time!

  • Natasha, Here are some questions for you. If you are sensitive to sugar and you are having a craving and it's 5pm, what's better a spoonful of peanut butter or a couple of apples? What about at night when you just have to have something? Some nights it's just not realistic to not have anything. What's an alternative if you are craving milk chocolate? What do you do if you are sensitive to sugar, but you love mangos?

  • I am eating as I watch this : /

  • @BehindGreenEyes12 - OMG me too! HA! But does it count if it's plain celery? hee hee

  • @MsSheilaC That is what I was wondering...hehe... I made a smoothie and watched this hehe.. I did *try* and be more present with it tho :-/
