His induction would forever make the pro football hall of fame a bad joke. Baltimore Ravens have been a winner simply because they're the Cleveland Browns with the label changed. The Browns were always in the playoffs and a consistant winner. They had one of the best win loss percentages of any franchise. From 1950 to 1965 they were in 9 championship games. Those Browns are still winning, winning in Raven uniforms. Irsay gave them what they deserved. Irsay should be in the hall of fame.

I'm from Ohio and I live in Indianapolis. I'm an Indianapolis Colts fan and a Cleveland Browns fan, both for life....so it goes without saying I hate the city of Baltimore. Not just the great state of Ohio will celebrate when he dies.

He will forever be CELEBRATED throughout Maryland for bringing the NFL back to Baltimore after the Irsays skipped town with everything but the marching band (Now the Marching Ravens) and ending the monopoly of the Washington Redskins that most Marylanders had to put up with from '84-'95. Also, have you ever watched "Top Five Reason You Can't Blame". It was the then Mayor Michael White's fault that the "Original" Browns left. Finally, someday, Art Modell WILL be in the Hall of Fame. @cfoster81 I've seen ESPN's "top five reasons you Can't Blame Art modell" The premise of the show is to take an event that is so obviously true and they try to convince you other wise. You have to understand what the show was about.
