  • Horrible quality..

  • @OneDirtyMXRider Sorry man, One of my first videos. Look at the date.

  • @inventorkid13 Its okay, Probably a good video, i just cant read it.

  • holy shit this dude totally sounds like the joker...

  • @CutHardstylez Orly now?

  • i want to make a copy of a playlist thats on my ipod and not on my computer. how do i do that?

  • it worked perfect for me everyting got restored it took a while becuase i have like 200 gigs of music

  • after many hours on this, I've discovered this process will only backup individual playlists, not those organized into folders, so if you have heaps of, say, Beatles with sub-folders for each album, they'll not be copied

  • this is not as easy as Inventorkid made out - has anyone else tried to copy what he said? save here, replace this text with that text, it's hard to follow

  • you're a real champ but I'm still a bit confused. I don't wanna take up space here, gonna contact you via your website! thanks

  • whoa, hang on a sec! let me get this clear - because no-one else has ever given me a clear answer on this:

    1) I have my iTunes library in one folder - and backed up.

    2) I've done what you said and done an "export library" and backed that up.

My laptop gets lost/broken, I buy another one.

Now if I import the 2 above back in, are you saying I'll not only get all my content back - but also my 118 playlists as usual down the left hand side?

  • @POMOZKI You've got it smack on there buddy :) that's how i transfered my 4334 song iTunes library from my PC to my Mac

  • @inventorkid13 MAC USERS SUCK

  • @YGOJustGotReal Just because you can afford a mac, doesn't mean you have to hate.

  • great - for doing 1 playlist at a time. I have 118 playlists - how to do them in one go?

  • @POMOZKI Instead of clicking "Export Playlist" click on "Export Library"

  • @inventorkid13 when you 'export library', not only does it copy or export playlists, but does it export your whole "library" as well?

  • Ha you have hardly any music,Now you have like millions of songs

  • LOLOLOL i was on a computer that i found - then formatted - and i only had like 19 songs on it

  • HAHA lol :-)

  • Dude this is some fuckin kick ass music :P

  • we moved the entire itunes folder from our internal to an external hard drive ONLY by cutting and pasting....now we can't locate any music

  • GOOD NEWS!!! you should be fine!!! simple go into itunes preferences...file...prefs...then go to advanced and change the itunes music folder location to your external hdd tell meh if dat works

  • Pretty cool.

  • good advice...however, how can I restore my original playlist if I moved it all incorrectly to an external hard drive??

  • hmmmm. what did u back up?

  • what about the play counts? are they still saved when restored?

  • yes

  • Thanks so much!!!

    Great assistance!!!!

    Thank you!

  • UR WELCOME!
