How to Wash Windows : Cleaning Window Tracks

i have a big window like that at my house. like that double sided window. nd is all dirty in the middle of both windows. how would i clean the middle of them?? do u have a video of how to clean them??

I would charge more and just do a more thorough job the first time.

How do you deal with people requiring a better more thorough clean of the tracks? Ive had to go back and redo tracks because of doing them to your standard. I know use in one hand a brush and the other a vacuum and wont quit until the tracks look new again. Problem is is that I waste a lot of time down there and this routine is becoming tiresome. Any suggestions?
