a year ago here in south america we hit a metal piece that blew our Ford ecosport Suv differential and transmission , we were able to run for about 6 miles with no fluid on the differential until we found a spot to tow the vehicle , you can see the damage on my channel , im a proud ford owner ! , years ago we managed to destroy a ford fiesta until the transmission locked in 5th gear , we were able to travel about 450 miles on 5th gear until we got home , ford is really built thought !

I remember when I was real young, and we had this big ol' son of a bitch boat. That thing was a monster and the trailer alone probably weighed as much as a Honda Civic. And the Hummer used by our military is not stock by any means. Its completely custom. The ones we see on the roads arent designed for tough use from the factory. if they were, then they would cost probly 150k bucks and get 6 miles per gallon.

They do use HMMWVs though. which is very, VERY lightly related to the Hummer.

Suburbans, Tahoes and Avalanches are also being modified to B6 levels and are pressed into service by Private Security Contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan. Look up streit manufacturers in the UAE and you will find a lot of them being armored / modified and being sent to Iraq!
