Harvard sub.About 2 miles north of Harvard Illinois.Most locomotives have cameras instaled for accident investigation.Tornado winds have always been able to blow rail cars over,but never seem to blow or lift the heaviest locomotives.Rail cars are comparitively light in relation to the loco pulling it.
