i just got the tv and im trying to figure the remote out and everytime i hit the twin desplay button it says check tvs connection i dont get it am i doing something wrong please help?

Explain with a scenario:

Watching game, need to go to the bathroom really bad, cant miss the game, turn on your remote with twin view, watch it as your doing your business.

Isnt that so much better than just saying "hey look you can watch TV on your remote!"

Me: Yeah? so? what is so good about it?

Samsung rep: You can watch TV on remote!

Me: Well, what is so good about it?

Samsung rep: You can watch TV on remote! With touch screen!

Me: *Walks away, head sharking*
