  • Awesome video! I just wanted to ask could you use Bicarbonate of Soda instead of the protein shake, its because I only have chocolate flavour :/ Lol. Thank you!

  • @TwinkleKaur05 Thank you : ) I am not sure if added bicarbonate of Soda will work, but you could just leave it out it you like.

  • I made these tonight. I have not tried any other low carb bread besides this, and while they were decent given the fact that they are not made with flour.... I think I could get used to them. Thanks for posting this video! I plan on watching/making several of your other recipies!

  • @jdupuis7231 I want to say SORRY!!! I had one again this morning (after freezing them) and I used it as a pizza crust... OMG so good!!!! I also used some of the raw batter last night to make cheese curds... REALLY yummy. Maybe I'll try to make some deep fried pickles when I make the next batch.... Thank you... I love your stuff!! I'm making the mock mashed potatoes tonight... with my own cheese stuffed meatloaf

  • Those look amazing - I have to look for the atkins product - do they still sell that or can you use any protein powder - they look like a great treat - I tried to find the link for the low carb foods you are eating on induction in your side bar but I can't find it can you help - I take it there is no fruit allowed you look happy and healthy - good luck on your new journey - I didn't realize you were dealing with diabetes too. This should help get you on the right path....thank you thank you

  • @loribelt24 They are new Atkins products and you can find them almost everywhere, I usually get it from Wall-Mart.

  • @loribelt24 There is no fruit allowed for the two weeks of induction but you start adding back fruits in the second phase. My diabetes is diet controlled so I don't have to take meds because I have pretty normal reading due to the low carb lifestyle. I am making a food list and will soon have it posted on my website. I will let you know once it is up. Thanks Loribelt : ) Hope I answered them all : )

  • Those look good I may make those. At the end of your videos you shold tell how many carbs and calories are in each serving (thats just a suggestion).
