One of the most amazing performances ever of ANY kind of music whether it be rock, punk, jazz, grunge, you name it. Screaming Jay Hawkins isn't a singer or musician. He's an artist. By the way, while this version is tremendous, the CCR version is pretty darn good too.

I had the honor of doing sound for Jay at the Telluride Filmfest when Jarmish premiered "Mystery Train". What a guy! Still pitching woo at every lady in sight.
