As for the video, the focus is on T-day and so fancy dishes would be a little irrelevant. As for your comment, well, like this video and about 90% of everything else on YT, it's, as you say, kinda lame. If you had some impressive videos of your own your comment would carry some weight. Maybe you should develop your ideas and make a video.

If the video were simply of low quality it would have been ignored. Any honest person would acknowledge that much. So, what we have are a bunch of cry babies whining because someone stepped on their toes. Suggesting that the video must be either lame or genius seems a little imbalanced. There's a lot of room between those two extremes!

On the other hand, if you're a literal thinker without imagination, then I'm sure it seems "kind of dumb" as you say.

Besides, we live in a commercial culture. Who stands to profit by the sale and consumption of cat meat? Well... nobody. Cats are scrawny, little creatures that eat a lot of food while gaining little weight. Especially when compared to established favorites like pigs or cows, no, it's just not profitable to eat cats.

@woosteria Actually birds love cat food. They eat the food right out of Clyde's bowl when he doesn't finish what I put out for him! The ravens love it and so do all the sparrows and jays and doves and just about everything other than the hummingbirds! So, don't let the possibility of the cat food going to waste stop you from enjoying this holiday treat!!! ;)
If you don't want to bypass tradition entirely, feed your kitty on a diet of all turkey meat for the couple of weeks leading up to the holiday. The kitty will thank you, and you'll thank the kitty.
