Thanks. Squats may be next. Pec dec depends on the specific design. You really want to avoid loading the "stretch" position, ie full horizontal abduction with full external rotation. Nautilus had a 10 degree chest which did pull you too far into horizontal abduction, but the pads were against your elbows, so it allowed the shoulder to adjust. I'm not current on today's pec decs, but if you limit the stretch you should avoid any complications.

Been following some threds over at Dr Darden, but not a member, so if you dont mind a quick question, whats you take/view on pec deck, (good, bad, indiffent), as aposed to your MOE fly for chest in the video. Anyway thanks for answering, if you dont, then just thanks for helping me learn/understand more about the body and looking forward to you doing legs, think that be thought provokeing for us squat diehards!!!!
