NO WAY! I wouldn't have believed it without the exclusive footage. That's like the most ice i've ever seen in Austin. You should see oklahoma.... Everything is encased in several inches of solid ice. BTW, I'd like to caution with the whole smashing it off like that. I did that once to my car with a shovel only to discover one spring day that I had destroyed my paint job. There were these huge divots, scrapes, and dents which eventually became giant skidmarks of shame.
im from oklahoma and that happen last year but it was a lil thicker. that made me laugh cause i was outside clearing my car off for abt a hour lol. o and i used the scraper on my window and the dam thing took some of the tint off i was mad lol.
