Jon you seemed to have a very pro-Galaxy Tab bias here, making all the talking points for Android, removable SD card, camera, Flash support, etc. Didn't once mention how unimportant a camera is on a tablet, how crummy the flash support is, how much smoother the iPads browser is, how much better iOS is in terms of ease of use, design, app selection, iTunes vs. crappy android market, etc. - it's just "personal preference"

I got my Galaxy 3 times cheaper than the Ipad. It does exactly what the Ipad can do plus more. So what it might not be the better display or the faster processor but I would rather wait for an extra couple of seconds for the picture to load as apposed to working for an extra couple of weeks to afford the Ipad.

The GUI still lags and media management is standard, while you can sort specific details on iPad 2 with iTunes and iOS runs so smooth and fast. I live waaaaay out in the country and was only able to get Verizon out here. At&T was useless. I really wanted an I phone but was unable to so I got a droid. It took me a while to get used to the Android operating system but now I think it is MUCH better than Apple. I like the widgets and the ammount of customization you can do with it. I have always thought the the Ipod/phone/pad revolution was due to the fact that the market is flooded with thousands of accessories. marketing scam?
