  • ahhh Haa! never mind. Please disreguard my previous comment. I took the disc out and changed the boot settings back to "boot from hard disc". Everything works fine now no log in password required! Yesh! You're awesome! Works on all Vista versions and Windows XP.

  • Kon Boot works following your instruction but I cannot remove the password using this method you've given..."pressing enter twice after typing "net user the account name followed by * I can log on but only by using the CD ISO of Kon Boot every time I have to log in. Am I doing something wrong? Please reply to me at my alternative channel..."ChocoboRides" provided link is on this YT account. Thank you very much for your help. I can at least log in now.

  • kon-boot doesn't work for me. At all. It shows it's silly graphic and boot's windows or linux, but nothing has changed, I can't get into the os without typing the password.

  • if i use kon boot will the admin password be there after i stop using kon boot ?

  • How to open Boot Menu ......

  • @Tony15year should be some kind of "boot menu" at the very start of powering your comp. common keys are: F1, F2, and F12 (those aren't the only ones tho) so try pressing those 3 (or others you might happen to find on a website) keys at the very start, you start up your comp. :)

  • Hey is there anyway to find out a password without changing the password?

  • snyggt hår, bra video, awesome kanal

    ??????

    Profit

  • The kon boot file is empty

  • @Ambassador1701 dont worry about it, all you need to do is burn CD-konboot-v1.1-2in1.iso with an iso burner to an empty disk, i suggest "magiciso", it's free and easy, just follow the steps on this website, ;)

    magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-burnwin.htm

  • i tryed useing kon-boot but when i go to get rid of the password it says access denied

  • I absolutely love your sweedish accent...

  • Thank you so much! I had an Ubuntu 9.10 disk somewhere and I used that to change the files. I fixed my mothers laptop with this.

  • @Wiejeben aw man, im trying to fix my dad's laptop with this, hahaha. but the only problem is mine keeps freezing when it says "starting windows" (im on windows 7)

  • @Mech10001 Start the laptop up in save mode (Google how to do that), than do an antivirus scan after fixing the password thing.

  • @Mech10001 Oh you're talking about the full disk thing? I did it by using Ubuntu!! Don't want to risk virusses on my moms laptop.

  • yee Swe ftw!

  • 2 methods 2 restore your wieners administrator password. here is what u need, a wieners based pc...

  • It works on Windows 7 Home Premium amazingly. Thank you so much!! You are truly a legend, I've been trying to get into a Windows machine ALL DAY that CREATED a login password where there wasn't one. Nothing else worked, not even Konboot. Tried the Ubuntu fix and it sorted it out. Konboot does work if a password exists, but my particular machine had gone slightly wrong so Ubuntu sorted it out instead. Thank you so much!!

  • Thank you thank you thank yoooou thankz a gazillion lol.......i owe you dude :)

  • thank you thank you thank a gizillion >>>>>ten thumbs up i owe you dude :)

  • YOU ATE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!

  • dont work i burnt it then start the systen again but it dont work. plz help

  • Mine gets stuck at the kon boot booting sequence forever. It has never booted up all the way.

  • You rock!! Love your vids! Cant wait to see your next one! Thanks!

  • Every other option involves using third party software. Many options exist today but to tell you the truth I had the same situation as yours and I was forced to buy software because all other freebies did not work and almost destroyed my system. There are many password recovery tools today. I decided to go for a Password Resetter from resetpasswordwindows and download it from there. The software is called Password Resetter and it was very efficient and easy to use.

  • does this work with all versions of vista

  • @xomgitsanasianx yes, it should. if not, replace sethc.exe instead of utilman.exe and press Shift rapidly 5 times at the login screen. :)

  • thank you i got my accnt bak ur da best : )

  • Thanks man, after 12 hours of frustration trying different programs and methods, this tutorial was a huge help.

  • when i tried the kon boot it does every thing he says save for going into windows it just goes right back to the bootloader menu, can someone please help me im trying to remove the password from a windows 7 dell netbook?

  • is that desame with vista?

    then what about xp?

  • @listojay Windows 7 and Vista are the same. For XP, replace "sethc.exe" (Stuck Keys) instead of "Utilman.exe". Then at login, pres the Shift key rapidly five times and the cmd opens. :) (If doing version 2). This can also by the way be done by a Vista or Windows 7 recovery/installation disc!

  • @CompuTechSweden o come on. then i would just change the sethc.exe so that all windows vertion can be unclocked!! no need for the utilman.exe your the man yow!!

    you are a f^ck)(*)(*)(*ing hacker. ...

  • @CompuTechSweden Hello pal, in the first link for download , when I open it with WinRAR the file is empty, please give another link for download.

  • @athinaiospanatha what file? The BT-iso?

  • @athinaiospanatha The link of Kon-Boot

  • the unbuntu method works great

  • ill try the ubuntu method on windows 7 ultimate x64

  • Kon Boot didn't work but the Ubuntu version worked!!

  • It worked! Thanks so much!

  • Excellent video :)

I had two accounts on my computer, I only managed to change password on one of them (the one without admin, dont know why). Instead i managed to create a new account with admin via the CMD so it worked out anyway.

    Cheers mate (:

  • Thanks man :) * Subscribed *

  • for example

net user "John Jon" * then hit enter and their you go

  • quick tip if u have an user name like "John Jon" with a space in between just put the name with the quotes, and it will recognize it as a full name :)

  • what did you click on the startup which F# did you press

  • @Cynastalys Boot-Menu: "F12" (or in some cases "Esc") If neither works, change the boot order in your BIOS :)

  • well is there any way to get to know the password????? on xp is easy to find out with simillas program like ubuntu but ubuntu doesnt have an app to get to know the password

  • IMPORTANT:

Kon Boot doesn't work anymore !!!!

  • @Quezsilver ehm yes it does? I'm working in a Helpdesk and were using it to gain access to the computers when their users forgot to remove thier password. (All computers run Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate)
